Important information for CRS applicants:
Please note that you are applying for an opportunity to undertake a Work Trial with Pacific Transcription Solutions. A Work Trial is a one- to two-week period in which you will undertake unpaid work with us in order to ascertain whether you would be suited to a career as a typing contractor. There is no guarantee that you will be offered work as a contractor after completing your Work Trial.

The Work Trial period is self-directed, meaning that you will be responsible for familiarising yourself with our style guide and policies, managing your own workload, communicating with us if you require assistance, and taking onboard any feedback to improve your work. We are unable to provide technical support, so you will need to have good computer skills (e.g. ability to use Microsoft Word, download and save files over the internet, troubleshoot basic computer problems, install new computer programs etc).

Prior to submitting this application form, please ensure that you have completed all CRS internal aptitude testing available on the ERD (if you haven't, please close this application and speak to your case manager).

Note: If you wish to apply to become one of our typing contractors (i.e. you do not wish to undertake a work trial), then you should close this form and complete our standard application form instead.
