    1. not entitled to employee entitlements such as salary, sick pay, holiday pay, long service leave or severance pay;

    6. required to disclose to Pacific Transcription Solutions the details of any subcontractors who I engage to perform transcription work allocated to me by Pacific Transcription Solutions in order to enforce confidentiality policies and maintain an audit trail.
  2. As an independent contractor, I understand that I am only able to invoice Pacific Transcription Solutions for the jobs I complete to specification, and that I may not receive payment and/or may be required to bear the cost of correcting a transcript.
  3. Pacific Transcription Solutions conversely acknowledges that you are running an independent business and do not expect you to offer your services exclusively to Pacific Transcription Solutions, that is you are free to work for other clients as long as our policies (in particular confidentiality) and typing deadlines are always adhered to.
